Apistogramma D21 identification

Hi, some wild Apistos came labeled as D21, I'm doubting it due to the lack of color on the ventral fins, but maybe too young? I'm guessing macmasteri maybe, any thoughts(1st and 2nd photos).
Another group came in as A. uaupesi, these I'm thinking could possibly be correct although i wish I had a photo of a male in a courtship/defense display to see the dorsal fin(3rd and 4th photos).
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

I too think that the first two are not D21. Which macmasteri-subcomplex species it exactly is, is impossible to tell for me. The other fish are for sure not A. uaupesi. They look like D50 to me.

Thank you so much again! My aquarium club brings in fish from various dealers, semi-annually for a "rare fish auction" and the Apistos are very often mislabeled. I was just giving a few more photos of different species that came in. The first photo, while I couldn't tell you why with confidence, I'm sure it's not veijita, because it's never veijita, always macmasteri. I have your great check list you've made Frank for the two species, but I just don't have enough experience. The 2nd photo is "Tapes"? And the 3rd is personatus, but looks like a macmasteri

In the first picture I can't see enough relevant features of the fish (e.g. caudal spot, coloration of the dorsal fin) to tell whether it's viejita or not. However, if the caudal spot is shaped like a "D" and the fish doesn't have a red seam at the upper edge of the dorsal, it's not viejita. Imo the second picture shows D50. The last picture isn't personata but rather a macmasteri-complex species.

Hi,

just in case you happen to live in Germany (or Netherlands): I have a wildcaught female A. psammophila, you could have it for free. I have no use for it anymore.
