Hi there. I found a fish that called wild form Apisto cacatuoides. What do you think about it ?

Well, looking at the odd (deformed?) finnage, I'd say it is a domestic raised fish. They may be calling it a wild form because it isn't one of the common selectively bred (red) strains.

This fish (and photo) belongs to my friend CT. It's a wild caca from a recent shipment to a local shop.
