I'd check on Aquabid, also under Heros sp. Rotkeil. I'm guessing this is the Peruvian form of Heros efasciatus that you're looking for. It's regularly sold commercially.

I found a Rotkeil labeled as Columbian, do they have a wide distribution?

I'm not positive, but would not be surprised to find this species around Leticia, Colombia.
