Does anyone know how long it takes before Viegita start to show signs of what sex they are?
I have about 20 young that are around 3 to 31/2 months old.

I believe most take around 6-7 months to mature.

is it possible to sex them like cacatuoides? Black marks on the front of the pelvic fins?

Not at 3 months,I have been having the same problem with my Vijietas.Quite difficult to sex until much older.

Some of the young are bigger than others and some have a tinge of yellow/ orange in the tails now, whereas others have no colour in the tails at all. I guess I will just have to be patient an wait a bit longer.
