Swollen and Lathergic

I have a female Apisto Fire Red that all of a sudden stopped swimming around. After two days she just hid in a cave. No male in the tank. This morning she was out of the cave but in a corner on the floor. She still looks swollen and she turned whiter. What could cause this. pH 6.5, No Ammonia, no NO2, very low NO3, low TDS.

Body swelling often indicates kidney failure, which could be from bacterial infection or other causes.
