you would have much more fun watching a colony of one apisto species than 3 pairs of different species. all mentioned species would fare better if they could choose their mates, "better" males would have the possibility of mating with more than one female. this also diminishes the risk of loosing your fish.
don't know how they will coexist with angels.
cardinal tetras = no young apistos or angels. on the other hand tetras may become good, but quite expensive food for angels.

If the cardinals become dinner, they do! I don't see the cardinals eating eggs, they aren't that smart. However, if it moves (freeswimmers) I can see them feasting on the fry then! :) But, I intend to remove some eggs/young at very early stages. If they get consumed then they do. I think it'll be a placid and beautiful setup. Not just because it's mine, but, these fishes are stunning! :) I mean, who doesn't love to stare into their tanks!! :)

Will the angels be pushy and bother the Apistos? Pushing them off their nests??

tetras will not eat apistos' eggs, as they will be laid in a cave/coco nut/whatever. but angels will have a hard (even if short) time with their eggs and larvae.
due to their spawning habits the apistos will not be chased away from their eggs. I've never tried mixing apisto with angels, both being teritorial cichlids with huge size difference.
think about the decorations of the tank, they will have to be carefully planned to avoid potential problems. lots of separated zones should be available.
