Couldn't find any reference to 95 takes the cake but listened to some of his stuff reminds me of local "Bristol pub blues" and a guy in particular called Tommy Allen I think his band was called Trafficker

Always good to convert some new buckethead fans awesome melodic shredder at times if you like that sort of thing check out stuff like worms for the garden and coats of Claude before plunging into his more jarring "outside" playing
