Hi! I recently got a pair of apistogramma panduro and one apistogramma agassizi fire red. I’m wondering if it is possible to sex them now or it is still too early.

I assume I got a male agassizi and a male , female pair of panduro.

The A. agassizii is a male, one of the A. panduro as well. The possible female though... I'm on the fence if that might not also be a male.
Females of A. nijsseni-group species (like A. panduro) are very picky with their partners, might be necessary to remove the male at some point if she doesn't like him.
Although, I would have chosen only one male Apisto for a tank like this. It's much too open and brightly lit. And it seems quite small.

Also if the a. panduro pair up they will likely double team the a. agassizi as well as any other a. panduro.
