Fins are different in the sexes. Males have serrated dorsal fin spines and pointed tips to the soft parts of the dorsal and anal fins. Females have a slightly low dorsal fin with even spines and rounded tips on the soft parts of the dorsal and anal fins. If your fish appear the same, they are either to young to easily sex or are the same sex.
