Requirement for Apistogramma eremnopyge

Dear all,

I'm currently planning to get an Apistogramma eremnopyge for my 3 feet planted tank. The tank already have 11 cardinal tetra, 10 amano shrimps and 1 golden algae eater. I'm wondering if there is any threat to the existing habitant if i introduce Apistogramma eremnopyge to the tank.

Also, anyone know what is the water parameter neccessary to house this fish? Such as the pH or some other things? Sorry for such a long post as i'm new to the Apistogramma fishes. :biggrin:

Since you won't be breeding your apistos - in that tank, anyway - just keep the water on the moderately soft and slightly acid side. They should do well, as will your other fish.
