Yes, there seems to be quite a few who are interested in finding out more about this product. However, please state your info without accusing the company of misrepresenting their product, unless you are very sure that is what is happening. Your own experiences would be most welcome!

very sorry i am so late to get back to you but i had a comp problem!!! (long storey) i am a regular on a few boards and i noticed loads of good reports poping up on them from what appeared to be different people but the posts were almost identicle as it turned out there were 3 people we could identify posting with 3-4 different ID's each from the same IP address, also several of them stated sales as there occupation on the registration, tho all denied haveing anything todo with the company concerned. i am a biologist and read all the inf on the site (kept me roaring with laughter for ours cosmic rays my A**e). i also rang the company many times and once it was clear to them i actualy new a little science (Phd in biology) they got less than consumer friendly shall we say! and to be honest fumbled and stumbled alot.
so without getting sued all i will say is that IMHO some of the rave reports may be biased and made from individuales that have a vested interest in the commercial success of the product and therefore it may be wise to take them with a little added sodium chloride!
as for the science behind the claims well all i can say is IF it works then it is highly unlikely to work by the methods they seem to believe it does. i have tried this product out of curiosity (more money than sense and wanted to be sure and fair) and all it done for me was make sure i couldnt afford a pint that week!! nough said i hope that wa ambigous enough

firefly, it is interesting to hear a biologist's opinion of this unit. maybe we can hear from others who have used this unit and seen some benefit, or from people who have used the unit to be more specific as to what actually they have noticed about their tank that is different in their tank from it's use.

i am a strong believer in water changes and good mechanical filtration myself, as in say, the HOT magnum i use on my tanks which is a suberb mech filter. for all the gadgets out there, simply changing the water has more rave reviews from more fishkeepers than any product i have heard about. it certainly rates highly in my book!
