It is possible to keep anubias (only anubias) in a light tinted black water tank?

Yes anubias is pretty good at growing in most conditions.

Just took the wood out for cleaning but the white started to come back again. I guess I have clean it again lster lol

You will get this with certain woods. Its not really a mater of scrubbing it away. Id just brush it off while doing a water change and suck it out. It will eventually stop growing this.
