Anyone knows why this breed have names such as Inka, Inca or Inka50?
Btw, what's with the 50? :? Is there a difference between Inka & Inka50?
Appreciate some enlightenment.

There is no difference. The Inca50 is a apistogramma in the nijsseni complex. I have no idea why the 50 myself.

A. sp. Inca has been recently described and given the name A. baenschi. I am told that the 50 originally indicated the price, ¥5000, for a pair. I don't know if this is true or not.

some people said the the name of inka50 is because this fish was found out by the Japanese at their fiftieth trip which near by the vestige of Inca.
