Do you think this is Apistogramma sp.Papagei ? It is very close to the pictures in the Datz book. Then again so are the pictures of Pebas.

My next question, is this Apistogramma sp. lyretail or A. martini.

I don't think, it's Papagei, but it's hard to say what it is only on this picture.
Try to make more pictures.

The fish on the picture is A. pantalone (Römer et al, 2006), but the former name of this species, before it got a scientific name (in Cichlid Atlas 2), was A. sp. "Lyretail".
