To find true hemichromis is a little difficult.but i'am sure there out there.i'vejust picked up
A you pair,I think they are hemichromis guttatus but not sure.my photography skills are
Average but I have posted a pick.your opinions would great.

Hemichromis in the guttatus complex can be a real pain to pin down. Way too many variations on the theme but I would say that your fish would fit into that category. It's easier to say which species they are not. How large are the fish & approximately how old?

I apologize about the photography,my good camera had an accident.using an ipad to
take photos.viejo thanks for your comments,i can't tell you how old they are only had
them for 2/3 weeks.purchased from a lfs,they are roughly 5 cm and had their first
batch of fry.as they are not a allowable import into Australia it is very hard finding
quality jewels.
