According to my experience, in most cases it is impossible to tell the exact species from a single picture of a single (subadult and/or female) specimen without any additional information (e.g. catch location, name under which it was sold, other fishes it came with etc.). However, based on this picture it might be a resticulosa- or caetei-complex species.
First, it is a terrible photo for ID purposes. All I can say is that it probably is a regani-lineage species. If so, it narrows it down to several hundred different species. It would help if you could provided more photos and even fill out the 'I.D. Question Check List' sticky at the top of this subforum. Don't worry if you can't answer all of the questions, but any extra information will help.
