Hi all,
Has anyone used Cyclops for livefood?
Yes, freshwater copepods are a favoured food item for Apistogramma, but difficult to culture in large amounts <"http://forum.nanfa.org/index.php/topic/15996-culturing-copepods/">. I feed any I get from my Daphnia buckets, but it isn't ever very many.

I also have <"Freeze-dried Arctic Copepods">, but I've no idea what their nutritional value is compared to live.

They use them a lot in marine aquaculture <"https://www.algaebarn.com/blog/cope...-harpacticoid-copepod-tigriopus-californicus/">

Have a look at <"https://www.apistogramma.com/forum/threads/taeniacara-candidi.11895/page-2#post-64930">.

cheers Darrel
