harassed a.Agassizii female

Hey all, i have a 20h aquarium with a trio of apistogramma agassizii fire gold one female is extremely dominant and i have one female being picked on. the male has stopped chasing the dominant female and kind of swims after the less dominate female on occasion. They are in a tank with one bristlenose pleco and 2 guppies that are old and have scoliosis, they act as dithers. What should i do? separate the females, return one?

I agree, I have pairs in some 20 tall, the extra height does nothing, it's the footprint that you need.

okay i understand about too much apisto, i'm returning one female tomorrow. which one should i return? the dominant female; guppy chasing sometimes male chasing female. or the more docile female, that has been harassed. photos of tank layout and fish below. the female that has been harassed is a bit scuffed up so i moved the agressive female to a breeding box. which apisto should i exchange? also thanks for all the feedback above!
