well this makes lucky #4 for my pair of gibbiceps! I lost all but 2 fish total from all 3 spawns. I didnt even know they existed until I was tearing apart the tank for a move and boom, 2 little fish just hiding. Looks to be about 25-30 eggs or so. I'm pretty sure they were laid last night. Not sure of the water parameters as I'm all out of testing chemicals at the moment. Not really doing anything special, just lots of water changes, slight temp increase, and live food. They're in a 20 long with 6 black neons and the 2 young fish. Now I just hope all goes well and at the very least, I can get 10 fish to 1 month old for points! It would be great to have them survive past this, the LFS has a whole tank full of big males, but not a single female (i got the only!)
