From my first attempt at raising fry.

I posted here in January about an unexpected clutch of fry. I was discouraged to attempt to carry out raising them and told I wasn’t ready.

This is one of my keepers. I have traded and given away at least 40 others. Albeit it is a lot of work and I am still learning. Don’t let anyone discourage you from progressing in this hobby. I am currently raising (successfully) estimated 200 apistos since January. It’s been challenging, exciting and fun. We need to lift each other up and encourage each other so we all can be better fish keepers. I know Apisto c. are considered rookie and common but not where I am.

Keep those hands wet!
