About 2 years ago I bought a Rena xp2 cannister filter, it has provided me with excellent service for those 2 years. About a month ago, the filter was having trouble restarting after cleaning, I fought with it for a couple cleanings and then last week it just quit, motor wouldn't restart either. I finally called and them and they sent a new motor(that's the whole top of the filter) and they shipped it 2nd day air 8O no charge, and I had no reciept, they didn't even ask how old it was or where I bought it. All I was asked was to ship the burned out motor back at my expense. Which I will gladly do after the no hassel service.
That's the best customer service I have ever had with any kind of electrical equipment.
