Hey guys it’s been a while hope everyone is doing well. Quick question would a single Hillstream loach be a problem in a 75G or a 29G with Apisto’s
The rest of the fish are all mid to upper level

As for your question. If you want your apistos to breed, then yes its a problem. If you don’t want your apistos to be stressed by another bottomdweller, then i would also advice against it.
-but i have never kept loaches exept from waay back in my childhood fishtank, so i could be wrong.

There are some other reasons, especially requirements for oxygen levels, temperature and current. Those are much more important than whether the fish are not killing/eating/bothering each other.

And going by the requirements it's a clear no from me.

No, I'm saying the requirements are already ruling out the combination, so why bother with the question of behavioural compatability. But if you need that too: Not a good combination from that angle either.
