Basically are all cockatoo females the same like could you put orange flash female with a double red male and if so and they bred what would be the outcome

Hi all,
They are all the same species. If you cross an "Orange Flash" cacatuoides with a "Double Red" cacatuoides you get a variety of fin colours in the males, from yellow through orange to red, nearly all with checkered caudal fins, because checkering is the dominant gene. I'd just pick a nice chunky, healthy male with good fin extension to breed from, and not worry too much about fin colour.
