bitaeniata from Colombia

Brought from LFS last month, shipment from Colombia.
This is my first time saw biteaniata from Colombia.
Is it a cf biteaniata or other spieces?

Looks like a young male of one of the many populations of A. bitaeniata seen in Peru as well as the Amazonian parts of Colombia. TomC and I collected similar specimens near Leticia in 2008.

I wonder will it have extended dorsal fin and caudal fin?
It is now 4cm, but seems not extend in both fin.

By the time it is fully mature, 7 - 8 cm, it will develop fin extensions.
