Biotodoma cupido: sexing

I have had 5 Cupid cichlids for about a year (bought when juvenile); I've recently moved them into a bigger tank (450L) and added another three adult fish today.

I've been trying to find out how to identify their sex. There are some online sources than refer to the blue iridescent bars on their cheeks, others that mention fin shape and body shape. But these sources seem contradictory and I'm none the wiser.

Can anyone point me toward a reliable guide for sexing Cupid cichlids?

Many thanks,
Paul

Many thanks Darrel :)
So it seems the spots and stripes is a red herring. Body and fin shape may be more significant. I'll have a watch of those videos later which will hopefully give me some examples of the differences.
Cheers,
Paul
