Best diet for cacatuoides and Rams??

I am going to be heading out to buy food for my cacatuoides for first time.

What is best daily or weekly diet for cacatuoides and rams?

And is there any particular brand I should look for.

I have been told a high quality sinking pellet and some frozen bloodworms? is this correct? And if so how often on each?

My apisto C's don't like NLS pellets, but love the soft sinking pellet by HBH. They also get frozen shrimp, blood worms and beefheart (home made mixture).

Since I've been doing more frozen foods the hatch rate of their eggs has improved, but they are still eating the eggs so I have pulled a few spawns. I hope they will one day raise their own, but as many eggs still don't hatch I think they can't tell good eggs from bad and eat them all. The female has stayed with the eggs for 2 days the last few times, so maybe she just doesn't know the wigglers are not food They are not a young pair as I've had them for over 6 months and they were fully grown then and spawning.

My blue rams will eat anything, even flakes. Right now the rams are in with angels so when the flakes falll they eat them, but they do get the frozen foods and the sinking pellets to.
