Aqualog supplements for Southamerican Cichlids II

Can anyone tell me where to get the Aqualog supplements for Southamerican Cichlids II? I recently purchased the book which apparently was published in 1996, but I can't find any mention of where to get the updates. The Aqualog website was no help.
