Apistogramma kullanderi

I may have the opportunity to obtain some Apistogramma kullanderi soon. Having never kept them before, I would greatly appreciate any information I can get on keeping and breeding them. In particular, how can I accurately sex them to ensure that I can get a pair or 2? Given their large size, I assume that the standard apistogramma breeding caves with just one hole in them would probably be too small, and I would need to use small clay pots for breeding instead?

Not sure if this motion photo will show up, but can anyone tell if this is a male/female duo?

Edit: I converted the video that the shop sent to me to a motion video, but I think the forum software doesn't support that format and only shows a static image. Is gender discernable from the image?
