Apistogramma hongsloi???

I'm asking on behalf of a friend. He sent me a video and I have attempted to capture a still of the pair. His comment to me was that he had a pair of Apistogramma hongsloi that had spawned. Looking at the video showed a fish that looked nothing at all like A. hongsloi photos I had ever seen. I need to ask the experts for ID help. When I asked him what he had bought them as he said Apistogramma red "something". I hope that you can help.

To me it looks like A. Borelli. Could be borelli “red” aka opal?
But lets see what the experts say

It's Apistogrammoides pucallpaensis. It can be identified by the caudal spot that together with the lateral band forms a rotated "T" and by the number of anal fin spines 6-9 (instead of usually 3-4 in Apistogramma).
