Apisto that's peaceful, but spiky fins.

Does anybody know a species of apistogramma that has spiky fins like triafecieta or cocotouides, but is peaceful?

Pick any, I do not think the shape of the fins tells you anything about the temperament, because that's a feature xou find in species not very closely related. There is no reason to believe a spikey mohawk look makes for high aggression. It's like assuming every punk or goth with that hairstyle out there has violent tendencies.

You want a peacefull community and don't care for breeding or watching brooding behaviour? Then get a single male of any species and you're all set.
If you care at least for seeing the courtship and brooding behaviour, get some fry predators as dithers and keep A. borellii.

I agree with the comment hat environment and tankmates have more to do with aggression than appearance. One of the most aggressive apistos I’ve owned in terms of conspecific behaviour is nijsseni yet when I put a single male into a community tank he was shy and retiring. I keep a colony of trifasciata and they are fairly mild mannered in my opinion. But bang for buck and for straight out personality Borelli is hard to beat. I have a trio with dwarf spot rasboras as dithers and it’s one of my favourite ranks to watch.

I find the biteanita very peacefull. Has all the "options" you asked for. Without a doubt there are also ones that are agressiv but I didn't find one yet. Just 1 male is also a good idea.
