Any idea?

I got 3 of these from my lfs the other week. They were hiding in the corner beat up and were labeled as A. Diamond but i am not so sure about it. All of them are about an inch long. They finally are in good enough shape that i feel someone could ID them. Any input on sex/species would be cool if possible.

I would say A. sp. "Putumayo".

"Diamond" has been a name associated with A. eremnopyge which your fish are certainly not.

Yeah they really didn't look like A. eremnopyge to me but apistos aren't one of my strong points. Thanks for the reply.

Whereabouts are you located plakat? Some of the local stored around MI have been carrying these fish and I have seen them labeled as "diamond:" and "Algodon I" though in the store they have all been a little to young to tell clearly.

Guess I forgot to put that in my profile but I am located in Kirkland, WA. Its like 15 minutes from Seattle.
My friend who works at the store said they get all their fish from a local supplier.They are cool little fish but I can't find any info on them.
