Agassizii with vent prolapse, help?

I think my male has a vent prolapse and I have no idea what to do or can be done to help the little guy, the rest of the tank inhabitants are looking and behaving normally

Nothing can be done. Keep the water clean and add humic substances to keep it from infection, while hoping for the best. I've seen fish live with a prolapse for several years, but it's most often the case that at one point it gets inflamed and once that happens it's over in a short time.

Be glad it's a prolapse, because this is obvious and doesn't require more information. Just a hint for the future: Unless all fish in the tank are at the surface gasping the relevant parameters are temp, pH, GH and KH, not NH3, NO2 and NO3, injuries such as prolapses are completely independent of water parameters.
Maintenance, feeding and tankmates, as well as a picture of the whole tank are the usual information required in any case.

As the fish looks otherwise healthy it probably is a vent prolapse, and as @MacZ says nothing you can do, other than good husbandry.

I'd keep an eye on it, just in case it is actually <"Camallanus nematodes">.

Thank you both….the prolapse seems to have subsided today and he is behaving as he normally does, will be sure to keep a close eye on him
