A. elizabethae is this right!

I was told the the A. elizabethae is what they call "polymorphic".

Does this means that there will be both blue/red and the white/gold males from fry in each spawn

Polymorphic means that the fish differ in shape. Polychromatic means the fish differ in color. A. elizabethae is both. The 2 sexes are obviously polychromatic & polymorphic. Among males, they are polychromatic as well as polymorphic in the shape of the caudal fin. Some A. elizabethae never develop a spade/lance-shaped tail fin. They retain the double tipped/lyreate tail fin shape.
