    Thanks Shane. I"ve read some of the informative threads related to beginning in the hobby. Cacs and Borelli seem a good choice for beginners. I'm in RI and dont know of any LFS that has any apistos available. Uncle Neds in MA may be my only local importer. Any recommendations? Thanks again...

    Thanks for the response Mike. I prefer spotlighting the Apistos, although i haven't decided what type. Looking for size and color. Still researching. I can skip the bottom dweller. I plan to start the new 55g in a month or so, after it cycles. Then teardown the 29g and start fresh for the pair...
