    One other question in regards to PAR ( coming from reef world) I have some Anubis, Java fern, repens, and Amazon sword - I know Anubis and fern are lower light but what about the sword and repens will they get enough with the intensity set at about 3-4 hours and the low light for about 8-12 ?

The problem seems to be most related to the roots of the penny wort but I do have some small breakouts...

    In trying to lower the flow (the current flow is a little higher than I would like) I have put a intake pre filter on the output nozzle - I understand that sponge will get yucky and I will need to clean - Does anyone know of any issues this will create - the flow is still breaking surface...

    Yea the filter chamber - and I have a vent cover coming as it seems to be a thing - as I replaced the two missing and now one of those is gone - so I never looked into the middle chamber but will bet that is where they ended up
