Why not just say: "This is a man-made hybrid which doesn't exist in the nature. Stay away!"

Because I make so many mistakes it is safer to take a more passive comment; then when someone discovers a pool in the wild that has never been seen before that has the fish i won't feel so bad.

I see your point. However, the only way to not make any mistakes is to do nothing... I make mistakes all the time. :)
So a more trouble-free comment would be:
"This is most likely a man-made hybrid which doesn't exist in the nature. Stay away!

May I underline the "Stay away!"?

(My stance on any hybrids or domestic strains tbh)

Re-designing and starting a new fish room all over again. This time we'll have many more Apistsogramma species. We are expanding.

Hi,

just in case you happen to live in Germany (or Netherlands): I have a wildcaught female A. psammophila, you could have it for free. I have no use for it anymore.
