Hello friends,
Just when you thought all was quiet in Nanochromis land, we have yet another newly described species, bringing the species count to 11. N. teugelsi Lamboj & Schelly, 2006, is described from the Kasai Region and the Congo River upsteam to Lake Tumba. It is one of the group II or nudiceps-group species and is known in the hobby as N. sp. "Kasai." For photos, please refer to "CWA" page 165.
