Water test result question

Hi
Just tested my water in my apisto tank which contains a pair of apisto cockatoo, 6 cardinal tetras and 1 oto catfish and is a 20 gallon, planted, driftwood, sand and excellent filtration. Readings are as follows;
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 40
Nitrite 0
PH 7.5
KH 5
GH 13

All water is tested with an API test kit(s). Are these levels okay? If not what are the suggestions to help adjust?
Fish appear healthy and active and are all domestic bred.

It should be fine for A. cacatuoides. For breeding purposes, you might be more successful with a slightly lower pH, say around neutral or slightly acidic.
