Pseudocrenilabrus sp. Ruaha ready for new homes.

$48/pair and around 1 1/2 inches they are breeding in their tank. Located in Davidsonville, Maryland. From my experience they are a hardy fish that is easy to care for and dont need any special ph. I keep them in a ph somewhere around 7 but they can go down to about 6.6. I have them in a temperature around 78 but from what ive seen there pretty flexible. I have been feeding them frozen and baby brine shrimp as well as flakes but they will most likely eat anything. Below are some of the pictures of the fish you would receive. Are you breeding Pseudocrenilabrus? I would like to get a pair or male and several females of Pseudocrenilabrus multicolor or Pseudocrenilabrus sp. Ruaha. They appear to be very similar or possibly identical. I had some years ago. They are so interesting to watch and easy to care for I know why they ever fell out of fashion to keep.

Yes I have been breeding them and have 7 males 7 females available that I can sell in pairs or groups. Regarding there similarity to Pseudocrenilabrus multicolor I believe the only difference is coloration the ruaha have more blue than the multicolor and Less reds they . I don't have a set up ready at the moment. I'd have to switch a few things around and make sure I had a grow out tank available too. I hope to get back to you quickly. At least if I miss this batch there should be another coming soon since you are breeding them. I'd be interested in a small group. Like a male and 2 or 3 females. It would depend on the asking price how many fish I could afford. I remember years ago I used to have P. multicolor breed in a peaceful community tank, but I was pretty new at fish keeping and had no clue how to raise the fry. I've learned a lot since then. These look almost exactly like fish I had. For a shipping quote, I'm in SE Michigan.
