New to Apistos.

I just recently 2 months ago got the Apisto C. Super Red. It has a white raised line in front of its top fin. You can kind of see it in the picture below. I have him and a female with other fish in a 55 gallon aquarium. I recently treated the tank for ich and now this turns up on him. Does anyone know what it is and what I can do?
Thanks for any help. I have only been in the hobby since May 2021.

Bit blurry but might be a scratch if you have hard scape. If it is a scratch do not be shocked if a bit of fungus grow on it while it heals (no need to treat it will vanish when heal); can you tell if it is a scratch or something growing on the fish ?

Thank you. Your right it turned out blurry. I will see if I can get a better picture. I do have hard scape. It is slightly raised above the skin.

Erm... that's still the same picture. And now I can't say whether there is something on the fish or it's a stain on the glass.
