New Google Translator Menu

I've added a drop-down menu to the bottom of each page that shows the available translation languages available through Google Translate. This should enable all users to quickly and easily translate whichever page they are on into their native tongue. I'm hoping this will make the forum an even more valuable resource to our international visitors and members.
Please give it a try and let me know it works for you. As always, I appreciate any feedback you can provide
