breeding pantalone

this is my first generation of pantalone.
there are 11 fingerlings.
of laying the freeswimming, 11 days has passed.
I noticed against by behavior rather special.
the female incubates the fry every night!

the parameters of reproduction are: pH between 4 and 4.5

Congratulations on your achievement! From what little is known about this species, it should be quite hard to reproduce, as I understand it. Only one time a shipment of this species has arrived in Denmark. Unfortunately every single one of the was lost:frown:

Very interesting about the mouthbrooding behaviour. I haven't heard about that before in this species.
