Hey
I have a breeding pair of Kribs. They are on their second spawn and all was well.
Was
I just checked on them and it seems the male has nearly killed his mate. She is so weak I was able to scoop her up in my hand.
I thought all the babies were gone, they sure hide well when they are that small.
I have her in a breeder net and when I turned the light off to lessen stress I see dad has the babies.
Is this common?
24 hours should tell if she will make it.
I tested my water and ammonia/ nitrite both zero.
My nitrate was a little high so I did a quick 25% water change. I'll test again tomorrow and do another water change.
