My LFS had some Borelli so I purchased 2 pairs. As soon as I got them I to their tanks I noticed the males had bent fins and were having trouble swimming and the next morning both were dead. The females are doing great and lay eggs Often. 0E3387CC-38FC-4F96-ABAD-8A5B591D4712.jpeg

If sold as from Bella Union, then they probably are. Otherwise they are simply A. borellii. There are many populations of A. borellii that have a yellow face. Some populations even exhibit different color varieties together.
