So I got this little "girl" Saturday and (I had to go back and check) was listed as a juruensis apistogramma. I am having a really hard time finding any info on just that one.

Size 1- 1 1/2 inches
They said she was there for a couple of months.

She's no bigger than my largest neon tetra

It could be A. alpahuayo, which is often sold as A. juruensis. The pattern on the ventral fins is similar females of this species - and A. sp. (aff. luelingi) Cristal, which isn't sold commercially - but I would expect to see an open space that separates the caudal spot and lateral band on alpahuayo. My guess is that it is A. cacatuoides.

A. allpahuayo used to be called sp. 'Black chin' because females have a black chin which your's probably don't have. I would also expect this to be A. cacatuoides.
