Has anyone been successful in breeding this apisto? i'd like to set up a breeding tank. Ph/Gh/temp... everything really. any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have spawned this species several times. The one major element that I found necessary was very soft, acidic water. I had no success until I used water with the following parms: <5pH, 30-40µS/cm, 78ºF. Additionally, they are most happy when very regular water changes are done.
