Does anyone have experience with "kelleri"? I will be getting 5 juveniles this next week. From what info I have found online, I know the pH is 5.5 and the average temp I'd 78. I plan on using sand on the bottom with lots of wood, rocks, plants/mosses and ceramic pieces to create places to hide and break up the line of sight. I will use ancistrus and MTS as my cleaning crew with rasboras as my dithers.

What I need to know is if they form pairs or harems? And how big do they get?

I had a wild pair that did not breed (as expected in 6.8 ph)

Male was big at almost 3".

Mouthbrooder similar to Barlowi (i believe)

A. sp. Kelleri (it has no scientific name yet) is a harem spawner, but most people seem to keep them in pairs. Males can get slightly over 3"/7.5 cm. If you want to breed them, make sure the Ancistrus can't get into the breeding cave.
