Apistogramma breeders west of Texas

[dwarf cichlids in Az]

Hi I live in Tucson Az I have been inthe hobby for close to 40 years I am looking for some one that breeds Apistogrammas that live i the west.I can find very few in my area when I do they aresmall and unsexable or they are sick our water has a PH but with R/O water they do well can some one please help.?????

I am having success with A. caucatoides and A. steindachneri in ID. So far I am just selling locally and have yet to try shipping. This forum has several sponsors(check the sponsor's forums) that you could get a pair of some apistogramma shipped to you for under $50, which is'nt bad.

Hi AZ, in an established tank, i have had wonderful success with RO water. Plants, caves, driftwood, oak leaves, etc. The success has been with the "easy dwarfs" meaning for me...cacatuoides, borelli's and baenschi inka 50's....beautiful non-the-less but easy in learning the do's and don'ts.
