Apistogramma atahualpa?

We are something confused because the male has the third and quarter radio of the dorsal fin are not of greater size than the rest.

It definitely is not A. atahualpa! Your fish have no lateral spot, which A. atahualpa has. Fish of the regani-lineage (regani-, macmasteri-, & Rotpunkt-groups) lack a lateral spot. Your fish looks like a highly colorful (body) A. cf. eunotus (Orange-tail/Orangeschwanz).

Based on the yellow pectoral fins, square caudal spot, and abdominal stripes, I believe this is A. sp. Nanay. Very colorful specimens with red/orange abdomens have been sold as Bleeding Heart in the past.
