I just got a pair of a. Tefe and I’m planning on breeding them and letting the fry grow in the same tank for a bit. I already have Pencilfish in the tank and I know their mouths are too small to eat fry. I was wondering if i got some Pygmy corydoras, would they eat the fry?

First of all, no, they won't eat the fry.
But that way you're putting the Apistos and the catfish in a stressful situation. Also, as Mike always says: It's a breeding or display setup. Not both. Once you add a third species of fish that are not dithers like pencilfish, you cross the line from breeding tank to display tank.
